To all trusted readers,
I have very bad and sad news for you, and the question is we should do in response .
I received a telephone call from a trusted source, who told me that according to inside information from within the government, ALL the comprehensive agreement with the Vatican is already signed: what they have to sign on Thursday are only the finishing touches; what that tells me is that the contested Church properties have already been "returned" to the possession of the Catholic Church, just as the Russian Compound had been returned to Russia, without a beep of protest from us Jews. I was also told that both Chief Rabbis already know about it, that they both went to the Vatican recently, that everything is basically sealed and signed, and "OK".
Now mind you, all this has been happening BEHIND ALL THE JEWS' BACKS, WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION BEING GIVEN TO AM YISRAEL, IN ABSOLUTE SECRECY; THE AGREEMENTS THAT WERE SIGNED ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THE FOREIGN OFFICE'S WEBSITE.
Since I had received similar information from another trusted source re: the Cenacle Room earlier today, I have to assume that the information is correct.
After receiving these devastating news, I wanted to know if there is anything that can be done from the legal point of view, such as, for instance, SUBPOENA the documents.
I was put in touch with an Israeli lawyer - religious, according to his words -, and this is in essence what he explained to me - forgive me if I don't quote him exactly and correctly, as I am not an attorney.
1. SUBPOENA does NOT exist in Israel. What they have instead is the law of freedom of information.
2. If I were to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as a citizen, requiring to see exactly WHAT has been signed, BY WHOM, AND WHEN, I would most likely receive bits and pieces of information, but they are not obligated to show me the whole accord.
3. If on the other hand, the DIASPORA YESHIVA, for instance, as a plaintiff , as an entity which will DIRECTLY suffer as a result of these accords, were to request to see the whole documentation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the latter WOULD HAVE TO show it to them. However, the process can take about 6 weeks, way to long for our time frame.
4. I suggested to the lawyer that I, - or yourselves - as direct heirs of Avraham, Yitzhak and Yaakov, would like to file a complaint because my - our- inheritance has been personally damaged by this action; he said this would not stand in these courts. Even if a group of us did the same. No class action suit would work here ( at least according to him)
5. It is useless to do a BAGATZ, because they do not want to get involved in affairs of state, and at any rate, the state could claim secrecy for state protection.
6. However, at first he said that if we could find a lawyer to do a Bagatz tonight, in a few hours we could be in court, requesting the documents be unsealed: 1600 NIS court fees, plus attorney fees.And a good chance that at the end we get nothing. IS THERE AN ATTORNEY OUT THERE WILLING TO DO THE WORK PRO BONO, IF WE PAY THE COURT FEES???? Could that same attorney advise us whether it is worth it or not to do this: do we have a chance to get any information by tomorrow or Tuesday?
7.So the best course of action would be for the DIASPORA YESHIVA to HIRE AN ATTORNEY, and THROUGH AN ATTORNEY, REQUEST TO SEE THE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION SIGNED BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE VATICAN RE: ALL THE PROPERTIES. AND ISRAEL would have to produce the document, although they might still find ways to get around it somehow, to a certain degree. And it would take about one and a half month to get the info, way after the pope's visit.
Unless, of course, they can obtain this information directly from the lawyer to the Vatican, if he is willing to simply show them the papers - but why would he, though, if everything was deliberately kept secret all along?
The lawyer I spoke to seemed interested in the fact that all these negotiations and signatures have been going on all this time in secret. He was also trying to find out from me exactly what was signed. But I myself AM trying to find out exactly the same thing! What are the terms, what was signed away, etc. etc.
So I think we need to ask the Diaspora Yeshiva to work with us, to help us discover ALL THE DIRTY DETAILS OF THIS ROBBERY IN BROAD DAYLIGHT OF AM YISRAEL.
THE BEITH DIN of the "SANHEDRIN" maybe has one of two things they could do at this time, from a halachic point of view, to ANNUL THIS AGREEMENT, whatever it is.
BUT, THERE IS STILL A PART OF THE AGREEMENT THAT IS PENDING ON THURSDAY, AND FOR THAT, I THINK WE STILL CAN , AND NEED TO DO, MASSIVE DEMONSTRATIONS. All we can do is demonstrate against this rotten pope and his church, and against this treasonous government that acted in secret, in cahoot with our enemy and his bloody clique, against the interests of the Jewish People.
Maybe there is a way - I didn't ask about that - to file criminal complaints against the people in the Israeli government who signed the documents, and who are responsible for the deception , once we find out who they are.
I am very upset, as I am sure you are too. I cannot believe the deception that was perpetrated by all government bodies, including the chief rabbis, on all of us. Shame on all of them, for as long as they live. This is no different from the secret deals done with the Nazis by the likes of Kasztner and Ben Gurion, on the back of all the Hungarian Jews. And being paid to do it too. Filthy, dishonest, bribed officials who should have cried foul to the high heavens, once they saw what was going on, and instead just kept silent and continued to pocket their fat salaries.
They should all rot in hell.

Israel’s Control of Mt. Zion in Danger

(IsraelNN.com) Ten-year-long negotiations between Israel and the Vatican appear to be drawing to a close, with concerns rising that Israel will cede control of the building housing King David’s Tomb in Jerusalem.
The Bilateral Permanent Working Commission – a team of negotiators representing Israel and the Vatican – released an upbeat press release at the end of last week, speaking of "meaningful progress," "great cordiality," and a mutual commitment to reaching a final agreement "as soon as possible.”
Tellingly, a plenary meeting has been announced for this Thursday, April 30, at the Foreign Ministry. The meeting will be chaired by the two states’ deputy foreign ministers, Danny Ayalon and Monsignor Pietro Parolin. It is widely believed that the agreement will be signed then.
Church Demands Parts of Mt. Zion
The two states have been negotiating a treaty since March 1999 on matters having to do with Church-owned or Church-claimed property in Israel. Among the most significant issue under negotiations is the Vatican’s demand for the Last Supper room, located on the second floor of the ancient Mt. Zion building that also houses the tombs of Kings David, Solomon, and Hezekiah.
In addition, the Vatican is claiming areas around Lake Kinneret, as well as in Caesaria and Jerusalem.
Hints and implications in the Vatican and Catholic press have long indicated that the negotiations are expected to end successfully, from the Catholic vantage point, in time for Pope Benedict’s visit to Israel two weeks from now.
“This is a shame and a disgrace of unequalled proportions,” said Daisy J. Stern, M.D., who has been leading an information campaign on the topic. “Giving away these important areas has no Halakhic [Jewish legal] validity, of course, but signing it away will definitely make it very difficult to ever reclaim them.”
Mt. Zion - International Center for Catholics?
At present, since shortly after the Six-Day War in 1967, the Diaspora Yeshiva has run the Mt. Zion compound, on which it is located, and warns of the catastrophic implications for Israel and the Jewish People if the deal goes through.
The director of the yeshiva explained that if the Catholic Church receives control of the area, just a few hundred yards from the Temple Mount and adjacent to the Old City walls, it will turn it into "the international center for Catholics all around the world, and if the pope just gives the word, Christians will be flocking over here en masse."
"This is an enormous issue that is being pushed through without any public debate whatsoever," he said.
Vatican Signs Agreement with Arab League
Dr. Stern notes that though there had been reports that an agreement might be signed last week, “nothing happened – except that while they [the Vatican representatives] were talking with Israel, they signed an agreement with the Arab League. This is very worrisome. There are no details on the agreement with the Arab League, except that it aims to promote ‘peace, security and stability.’ Who knows what that really means? Are they dividing up the spoils of the future Vatican agreement with Israel – or perhaps they are preparing for the next Arab war with Israel? We don’t know.”
“This new agreement with the Arab League renders the Vatican, most gravely, an interested party in the Israeli-Arab dispute,” said Prof. Hillel Weiss of Bar Ilan University, who has been closely following the issue.
Of further concern is the fact that Israel is investing some 6 million shekels in improvements and renovations to various sites in preparation for the Papal visit. Work at the Last Supper room has been underway for some time.
Blueprint of an Agreement
A Foreign Ministry official confirmed in 2005 that a “blueprint of a possible agreement with the Vatican has been received.” The proposed contract, as Arutz-7 reported at the time, read as follows:
"The State of Israel hands over to the Holy See the use of the Cenacle [the room of the event known as the Last Supper, above King David's tomb - ed.], of the access path to it, and of the spaces adjacent to it... It is the Holy See's intention to inform the Bishops - and through them the world's Priests - that the Catholic Church has been given the use of the Cenacle, inviting them to visit the Holy Place together with their faithful... The Holy See hands over this use of the Cenacle to the Custody of the Holy Land [which acts on behalf of the Holy See]... [which] will keep the Cenacle open from 6 AM to 8 AM for the celebration of the Holy Mass... Official liturgical celebrations of non-Catholic Churches can take place only upon prior written permission by the Custody of the Holy Land."
The proposed agreement also stipulated that the Holy See will preserve the historic character of the site and keep it open to pilgrims and tourists, and that Israel will provide for the safety of the site. The Foreign Ministry official said at the time that “Israel is not prepared to relinquish its jurisdiction over this area.” The world will find out later this week whether this position is still valid.
Rabbi Mordechai Goldstein, who founded and still runs the Diaspora Yeshiva, officially known as Yeshiva Toras Yisrael, told Arutz-7 in the past that "according to their bible, the Land is to return to the Christians, and 144,000 Jews are to return to Mt. Zion. Their plan is for them to take control of the site, and then to announce that they are holding a mass reenactment of the Last Supper, with [all types of religious rituals], and to invite millions of Christians to come to Jerusalem and celebrate." Rabbi Goldstein said that this means much tourism money for Israel, and that someone in the Israeli government is apparently very interested in making this happen.
The King David's Tomb complex, some 100,000 square feet, is "certainly one of the holiest spots in the Land of Israel," a yeshiva source said. "David, Solomon and others kings of Judea are said to be buried here. We've already given away the Temple Mount and the Machpelah Cave, except for here and there when we're allowed in; now they want to give Mt. Zion away as well? For thousands of years, this area was almost always totally closed off to Jews. G-d gave it back to us in 1948, but parts of it were still in range and sight of Jordanian snipers and were not in full use. After 1967, Rabbi Goldstein founded the Diaspora Yeshiva here - and it became an island of holiness, the first yeshiva for baalei teshuvah [newly religious] in Israel; we were there day and night learning Torah. Rabbi Goldstein was almost prophetic in establishing this yeshiva at that time at that spot; destiny from above intertwined him with Mt. Zion."
Dr. Stern and others are attempting to organize a public protest, beginning with an email and fax campaign to Deputy Foreign Minister Ayalon, who will represent Israel at the Thursday meeting. Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt!
Carl Sandburg, an American writer warned: "If America forgets where she came from...if she listens to the deniers and mockers, then will begin the rot and dissolution." The same principle applies to our Jewish brethren in Israel.
The most merciful God of Jacob-Israel resurrected the nation of Israel from the graveyard of history and offered us a new opportunity to fulfill our unique calling to become a model nation, a kingdom of priests, a light to all nations, based upon the Law and the Prophets. Yet secular Jews, Hellenist Jews, UNJews, have divorced themselves from the Bible and have sought to make Israel just like all the other nations. And the corrupt Chief Rabbinate and blind religious leaders have woefully neglected (and forfeited by default) Judaism's most holy site: the Temple Mount.
Despite the faithlessness of many of Israel's leaders, the Great God of the Universe liberated areas of Judea and Samaria and restored Judaism's holiest site (supposedly) - the Temple Mount - into Jewish hands. Did Israel immediately invite the God of history to return with our exiles (now making aliyah) by building the Third Temple? Did they honor the God of our fathers by creating an Embassy for the Eternal upon the Temple Mount?
No! Instead Israelis despised their most sacred inheritance, the crown jewel of Jerusalem, and permitted militant Muslims to continue their abominable occupation. The foreign foxes terrorize faithful Jews and Christian Zionists who attempt to worship upon the Temple Mount and illegally refuse to let them pray or read the Bible. Israel has failed to uphold religious rights for non-Muslims (that are trampled daily) and has failed to guarantee "freedom of access." The biblical solution is to build the House of Prayer for All Peoples spoken of by the Prophets.
Queen Victoria said: "I think it very unwise to give up what we hold," referring to territories of the British-Israelite empire. Judah has been "very unwise" to surrender holy land to the enemies of God and Israel in the name of a lying peace. The accursed and treacherous Oslo accords, like a murderous cancer, continue to eat away at the very foundations of the Jewish state and the Jews have only themselves to blame.
Does someone have to be a prophet to recognize prophetic trends and to be grieved about them? Or to perceive that divine judgment is surely coming upon our beloved nations? Can't we just be like righteous King Josiah who HEARD AND BELIEVED the inspired words of the PROPHETS? (2 Chron. 34:15-33). He took God's "ancient" warning seriously and then did everything he could to avert national disaster! God respected him for it.
Yet the American, British and Jewish peoples today despise those who dare come forth, teaching and preaching the Word of God, encouraging repentance to spare our people from the unprecedented "Time of Jacob's Trouble," "the Great Tribulation" (Jer. 30:7, Matt. 24:21). At least, when they're temporarily crushed under the heels of a German-led Europe, when the Jewish Quarter is made Judenrein and the Temple Mount seized and occupied by Vatican forces that are intent on ripping the heart out of Israel for their pagan purposes (Dan. 11:45, Zech. 14:2), they will remember that they had been warned by a loving God, and hopefully will then have a change of heart and attitude that will hasten the process of redemption and welcome home the Messiah whom Two Witnesses will announce to the cities of Judah and proclaim to the world (Zech. 12:10).

Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt!
Carl Sandburg, an American writer warned: "If America forgets where she came from...if she listens to the deniers and mockers, then will begin the rot and dissolution." The same principle applies to our Jewish brethren in Israel.
The most merciful God of Jacob-Israel resurrected the nation of Israel from the graveyard of history and offered us a new opportunity to fulfill our unique calling to become a model nation, a kingdom of priests, a light to all nations, based upon the Law and the Prophets. Yet secular Jews, Hellenist Jews, UNJews, have divorced themselves from the Bible and have sought to make Israel just like all the other nations. And the corrupt Chief Rabbinate and blind religious leaders have woefully neglected (and forfeited by default) Judaism's most holy site: the Temple Mount.
Despite the faithlessness of many of Israel's leaders, the Great God of the Universe liberated areas of Judea and Samaria and restored Judaism's holiest site (supposedly) - the Temple Mount - into Jewish hands. Did Israel immediately invite the God of history to return with our exiles (now making aliyah) by building the Third Temple? Did they honor the God of our fathers by creating an Embassy for the Eternal upon the Temple Mount?
No! Instead Israelis despised their most sacred inheritance, the crown jewel of Jerusalem, and permitted militant Muslims to continue their abominable occupation. The foreign foxes terrorize faithful Jews and Christian Zionists who attempt to worship upon the Temple Mount and illegally refuse to let them pray or read the Bible. Israel has failed to uphold religious rights for non-Muslims (that are trampled daily) and has failed to guarantee "freedom of access." The biblical solution is to build the House of Prayer for All Peoples spoken of by the Prophets.
Queen Victoria said: "I think it very unwise to give up what we hold," referring to territories of the British-Israelite empire. Judah has been "very unwise" to surrender holy land to the enemies of God and Israel in the name of a lying peace. The accursed and treacherous Oslo accords, like a murderous cancer, continue to eat away at the very foundations of the Jewish state and the Jews have only themselves to blame.
Does someone have to be a prophet to recognize prophetic trends and to be grieved about them? Or to perceive that divine judgment is surely coming upon our beloved nations?
